HAAZ SHOP Return Policy
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your slip-on shoes, you can return them within 60 days of the purchase date for an exchange or store credit. We encourage you to try on your shoes at home on a clean, carpeted surface to ensure the perfect fit before wearing them outside.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the shoes must be in new condition and unworn outside of your home. Shoes that have been worn in any work environment cannot be returned unless they fall under our satisfaction guarantee program. If you find that the size or style is not right after trying them on, please initiate a return as soon as possible.
3. Defective Footwear
If your shoes are defective and less than 6 months old, we will gladly provide 100% store credit towards a replacement pair. Please note that normal wear and tear does not qualify for returns.
4. Return Procedures
To return your shoes, please follow these steps:
- Include a completed return form along with your original paperwork.
- Pack the shoes securely in their original packaging.

Please note that if you are returning items for credit or refund, a processing fee will apply, which will be deducted from your total credit amount. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
If you are exchanging your shoes for a different size or style, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement pair to you. However, if you are returning items for a refund or store credit, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.
